If the answers to your security questions are not correct, you will not be able to link your membership ID to your account or access your password if you have forgotten it. For confidentiality purposes, to access a forgotten password or link your membership ID to your account, an AQHA representative must verify that the person requesting this is you, or an agent who is authorized to complete work on behalf of the membership ID. If you are unable to provide the answers to your security questions, or the answers are not being accepted, you might need to update your personal information and/or security questions.
