      How do I report the death of my horse?

      Follow these two steps to report the death of your American Quarter Horse to AQHA.

      To update the horse’s record, return to AQHA:

      1. The original certificate of registration. 
      2. A written statement including the approximate date of death. 
      AQHA will update the horse's record and return the certificate to you free of charge.
