I had a username and password in the old system. Why won’t it work on the updated website?

Logging in to your AQHA online account has changed over the years. Here's how to log in.

When AQHA updated the website in 2015, customers created new accounts to access the Members’ area. You could log in with either an email address or username. The current version of the system requires that you log in with a username and password instead of your email address. If you remember your username, not your email address, please sign in using your username. If you do not remember your username, click on “Forgot Username” and follow the steps to retrieve it.

If you have not logged into the system since 2015 and are trying to use a PIN, you will need to create a new account to set up a username and password.

If AQHA does not have enough information on file to establish your security questions online, you may encounter difficulties. If that occurs, please call AQHA at 806-376-4811 for assistance. The security measures are in place to protect your personal information.
